Arrival
New guests, please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any required paperwork. Appointment times are carefully planned based on service length. If you arrive late, it may not be possible to extend your appointment, and your service may be shortened; full service fees still apply.
Arrivals more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time must be rescheduled. A deposit equal to the service cost will be applied to cover lost appointment time.
For lash fills, please arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes and lashes. Extra time spent cleaning lashes will reduce your service time, and a cleaning fee of $10 may be applied.
Reservation Fee
A reservation fee is required to book services (Classic, Hybrid, Volume, Mega Volume full sets). This fee is non-refundable but can be transferred to one new appointment if rescheduled more than 72 hours before the original time. Cancellations or reschedules less than 72 hours prior will result in forfeiture of the reservation fee.
For the safety of all clients and staff, please do not attend appointments if you are ill. If it is suspected that you are sick, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled.
Cancellation, Reschedule & No-Show Policy
A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel without penalty. Appointment reminders are sent 24 hours prior via text, email, or both.

Cancelling or rescheduling less than 24 hours prior incurs a 50% service fee.

No-shows or arrivals more than 15 minutes late incur a 100% service fee.
These policies are strictly enforced, with no exceptions.
Other Artists’ Work
At Blink in Mink Studio, client safety and lash health are our top priorities. We cannot guarantee the integrity of lash work performed by other artists or studios. Any client requesting service over previous work from another artist must have lashes removed and a full set applied at standard pricing.
Results & Aftercare
All artists are trained and certified for their services. Individual results may vary based on skin type, lifestyle, natural lash density, and adherence to aftercare instructions. During your consultation, realistic expectations and recommended aftercare will be clearly explained.
All work is guaranteed only if recommended aftercare products are purchased and used correctly. Failure to follow aftercare instructions may result in poor retention and additional charges.
Refund Policy
Services are non-refundable as fees cover artist time, products, and other expenses. If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us within 24 hours. A complimentary 30-minute express touch-up may be provided if the issue is due to the artist’s application or product. Concerns reported after 72 hours or resulting from improper aftercare will be charged at full service price.
Child and Guest Policy
Due to the intimate nature of our studio, we kindly request that clients do not bring extra guests or children to appointments.
